1 . Eco tourism park
this is the one of the biggest park in Kolkata. It's total area is 480 acres(including 104 acres waterbody ). There are too many games to play like archery , bullride etc and other water games. You can hire duo cycle, E-byke etc to explore the whole park.
2 st. Paul church
St. Paul's Cathedral is a CNI Cathedral of Anglican background in Kolkata. noted for its Gothic architecture. It is the seat of the Diocese of Calcutta. The cornerstone was laid in 1839; the building was completed in 1847.This church is one oldest and biggest church of India.
3 .Howrah bridge
this amazing bridge built with 26000 ton steal. Howrah bridge is one of the largest cantilever bridges in the world, and the largest one in India. It's other name is Rabindra setu.
4 .Nicco park
this one is my favourite . This called as "Disney land of Kolkata" . There are too many rides like skydiver, rollercoaster etc available for every one. And it's has a spare waterpark too . Too many foreigners visit this place.
5 .Indian museum
This sciis the largest and oldest museum in India and has rare collections of antiques, armour and ornaments, fossils, skeletons, mummies, and Mughal paintings. It has six sections comprising thirty five galleries of cultural and scientific artifacts namely Art, Archaeology, Anthropology, Geology, Zoology and Economic Botanic
6 .science city
this place is like heaven for them who loves science . This is the biggest science centre of India . There are nothing to describe you should visit the place to feel the beauty.
7 .belur math
this place is the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda, a chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. It is located on the west bank of Hooghly River . It's spread in 40 acres . The temple is notable for its architecture that fuses Hindu, Christian and Islamic motifs as a symbol of unity of all religions.
8 .dakshineshwar temple
Dakshineswar Kali Temple is a Hindu temple located in Dakshineswar near Kolkata. Situated on the eastern bank of the Hooghly River.The temple was built in 1855 by Rani Rashmoni, a philanthropist and a devotee of Kali. The temple is famous for its association with Ramakrishna, a mystic of 19th Century Bengal.
9 .fort William
this is fort which is built in 1696. On that time this was a property of Indian army .It sits on the eastern banks of the River Hooghly.it extends over an area of 70.9 hectares.
The fort was named after King William III. In front of the Fort is the Maidan, the largest park in the city.
10 .Victoria memorial
This is one of the most beautiful structure of india. The Victoria Memorial is a large marble building in Kolkata, which was built between 1906 and 1921. It is dedicated to the memory of Queen Victoria(1819–1901) and is now a museum and tourist destination under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture. The memorial lies on the grounds by the bank of the Hooghly River.
